Very first step to apply for DRDO CEPTAM is to go to CEPTAM-09 website and click on "New Registration".
After that check the declaration and click on Proceed button.
In the next window enter all the details like Name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email ID and password. Make sure that you enter valid mobile and email number, as you will receive official notifications on these.
Click on register once you fill up all the details. After successful registration you will receive your username and password on entered email ID.
Before moving to the next step and scan all your documents. These are required to upload it. Below are the guidelines for image size and format.
Photo: Recent color photograph in jpg/jpeg format, height and width 4.5 x 3.5 respectively. Image size should be between 15kb-40kb.
Signature: Scanned signature on white paper in jpg/jpeg format. Size should be between 15-40Kb.
All other Certificates: Scanned certificate in jpg/jpeg format, and should be between 50-100Kb.
Next step is to login to the CEPTAM portal with provided username and password. After login click on "New Application". This section is divided into six parts.
1. Personal Details: You have to enter all your personal details in this section. After entering all the details click on "save and continue".
2. Post/EQR Details: Next section is Post/Essential Qualification Requirement. DRDO will collect educational qualification and post you will be applying.
3. Posting Reference: Enter your preferred posting location.
4. Upload Documents: Upload the documents you scanned and prepared earlier. Following are the documents you have to upload : Recent Photo, Left hand thumb impression, signature, 10th or equivalent certificate, diploma, B.Sc certificate, cast/pwd certificate(If applicable).
5. Review/Finalize: You will get a glimpse of all the information you have shared earlier, including photo and signature. Once you have reviewed all the details, click on Finalize and Continue button.
6. Payment: Next step is to make payment online(if applicable). You can pay it using debit card, credit card, net banking, PAYTM, and BHIM UPI.
That's All. You are done.
